A Tanács korlátozó intézkedéseket vezetett be négy orosz személlyel és öt szervezettel szemben, akiket, illetve amelyeket felelősség terhel a véleménynyilvánítás szabadságának, az információhoz való hozzáférésnek és az egyesülés szabadságának elfojtásáért Oroszországban.

Az EU és Ukrajna együttes nyilatkozatot adott ki a fogva tartott polgári személyekről és Oroszország agressziós háborújának humanitárius következményeiről.

A Tanács kinevezte az EU új koszovói* különleges képviselőjét, valamint meghosszabbította a Bosznia-Hercegovináért és az Afrika szarváért felelős jelenlegi különleges képviselők megbízatását.
